Up to the AI preview, everything is a local draft on your iPhone. Only after consent and purchase is an eye crop transferred.

What stays on your iPhone
Lashvue needs no account. There is no social login and no product analytics. Ad measurement with Meta only if you agree – your photos are never part of it.

Transferred for the AI preview
Only a crop showing both eyes, without GPS and EXIF information – and only after your consent and a verified purchase. The crop is a personal image and not anonymous.
Processing chain: app → Lashvue backend on Cloudflare → OpenRouter → pinned model endpoint. Contracts and retention at the external providers are not confirmed yet; the status is shown with the recipients.

You can get to know Lashvue without buying anything. The preview on your own photo is part of the Lashvue Plus subscription, because every generation causes real computing costs.

- no automatic free personal generation and no hidden trial.
Lashvue Plus
- monthly or yearly subscription via Apple’s in-app purchase,
- both billing periods include up to 16 new AI previews per usage month – for example four sets of 4 looks each,
- generations that fail for technical reasons do not count,
- unused previews are not carried over to the next usage month,
- saved results remain usable on your device after the subscription ends,
- no free trial,
- prices and billing periods are shown on the App Store and in the app before you buy; you manage and cancel in your Apple account (Apple’s instructions).
The monthly limit is a usage limit of the active service. Details are in the terms of use.
Limits
What the preview is – and what it is not
Lashvue helps you choose and show a look. Carrying it out remains a matter for the professional.
- AI preview: the real result may differ.
- No diagnosis, no treatment plan, no beauty rating, no glue or treatment recommendation and no technical lash map.
- In the first version only the upper lashes are changed.
- Existing artificial lashes can impair the preview.
- The app sends no push notification when a result is ready.
- The personal AI feature is intended only for adults aged 18 or over and only for your own photo.

The names describe a visual effect, not a binding professional technique. The descriptions only explain the visible effect.

Natural
Lightly defined, finely separated
A restrained emphasis of the upper lashes with clearly separated strands and low density. The look stays close to what is already visible in your photo.

Wispy
Airy with uneven, feathered tips
An airy tip line with strands of varying length. Visible space remains between the longer tips, so no solid dark band forms.

Cat Eye
Longer towards the outer corner
Length increases towards the outer corner. The emphasis sits on the outside; the shape of your eye stays unchanged in the image.

Doll Eye
Emphasis above the centre of the eye
The longest strands sit above the centre of the eye and shorten towards both sides. The eye itself is not enlarged.

Wet Look
Defined, narrow clusters
Strands appear gathered into narrow, clearly defined clusters. Skin and eye receive no additional shine.

Squirrel
Peak just before the outer corner
The greatest length sits slightly outside the centre of the eye and is reduced again at the very outside. This reads as lifted without extending far outwards.

Soft Volume
Fuller, with visible structure
A denser lash line in which individual strands remain recognisable. No continuous black block forms.

Anime
Distinct long spikes between shorter lashes
Clearly longer spikes stand at regular intervals between shorter sections. The rendering stays photographic.
Illustration — real example images will follow once licensed demo photos have been approved. The drawings only hint at the lash shape.
Each look can be adjusted in intensity (subtle, medium, bold). Colour at launch: black. Dark brown will only be offered once it renders reliably in our tests.

Frequently asked questions
Does Lashvue cost anything?
The demo, the style catalogue and your local draft can be used without a purchase. Personal AI previews are part of the Lashvue Plus subscription with up to 16 new previews per usage month. You see the prices on the App Store and in the app before you buy.
Does my photo leave the iPhone?
Your full photo does not. For the AI preview a crop showing both eyes is transferred – without GPS and EXIF information and only after your explicit consent and a verified purchase. This crop is a personal image.
Who receives the eye crop?
Our backend on Cloudflare, OpenRouter and the pinned model endpoint. The operator has approved the endpoint; contracts and retention at the providers are not confirmed yet. All recipients and open points are listed on the page AI feature and recipients.
Will the result at the studio look the same?
Nobody can promise that. Lashvue shows a visual preview as inspiration and a basis for conversation. Whether and how a look can be achieved is decided by the professional.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no user account and no social login. Your subscription belongs to your Apple account and can be restored in the app. Your photo library stays local to the device.
How do I cancel?
In your Apple account settings under “Subscriptions”. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel the subscription. Step by step: Support.
Is Lashvue available for Android or in the browser?
At launch, Lashvue is available as an iPhone app only.
